2-Day Exotic Car Experience at Xfinity Center
Velocity Driving, the East Coast’s top-rated exotic car experience, invited Boston residents to ride in the cars of their dreams! For three separate dates this spring & summer, Velocity Driving hosted a 2-day exotic car experience at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. XFinity Center’s versatile outdoor space was converted into an exhilarating course, and guests were able to zoom around in exotic cars driven by professional drivers.
Titan Solar Power Corporate Event at Arizona Federal Theater
Titan Solar Power, the nation’s leading rooftop solar contractor, hosted an employee meeting at Arizona Federal Theater in Phoenix, Arizona. The expansive theatre held 600 guests during the day-long even setting the standard for the first ‘back to business’ gathering at the Arizona Federal Theatre in over a year! With an expansive stage and state-of-the-art production, a full day of inspiring presentations were delivered. The successful event was topped off by a networking happy hour with a mouthwatering menu from Phoenix Culinary Collective.
Jurassic Quest Drive-Thru at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre
There were no burgers and fries at this drive-thru, but we were definitely serving up smiles! Jurassic Quest Drive-Thru is a one-of-a-kind family event that lets viewers experience over 80 life-size animatronic dinosaurs from the comfort of their cars, and St. Louis Missouri’s Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre hosted them for the entire month of April. We transformed our outdoor space into a Jurassic wilderness for hundreds of guests to explore as they encountered life-like dinosaurs at every turn.
The Mrs. & Mrs. Blasius Wedding at The Fillmore Charlotte
Here comes the pride! After two extended years of date changes, The Fillmore Charlotte was finally able to host Michelle and Theresa Blasius’ dream wedding celebration in Charlotte, North Carolina. The live music-loving couple made the most of our world-famous stage by flying in their favorite band to perform for their closest loved ones. Their breathtaking day featured a custom plated dinner with locally sourced ingredients prepared by our renowned partner, Roots Catering. Our unique venue added extra special décor touches organized by Clockwork Events & Design and premier rental company CE Rental. To close the evening, the Brides left with style down The Fillmore ramp with rainbow-colored glow sticks as they bid their loved ones adieu into their new lives as Mrs. and Mrs. Blasius.
Dance Recital at Old National Centre
Stage 1 Dance Academy has been hosting renowned dance recitals since 1962. Their brilliant faculty teaches young people to dance through loving, encouraging and empowering methods. This innovative dance studio wanted a legendary venue for their most recent recital, so they chose the most historical stage house in Indianapolis - Old National Centre. Families and friends watched proudly as 119 young dancers shined under the state-of-the-art lighting and soundstage decor and settings in The Murat Theatre, Old National Centre’s gorgeous 14,346 square-foot venue space. The venue coordinated multiple show nights over the course of one weekend, with health and safety at the forefront, creating a truly special experience for the guests.
Lake Highlands High School Prom at House of Blues Dallas
When it comes to hosting proms, Live Nation Special Events has one mission: to create incredibly special memories that will last a lifetime. With that important goal in mind, House of Blues Dallas worked closely with Lake Highlands High School prom committee. Building off their unique “Starry Night” theme, our special events team created custom lighting arrangements and dressed up the venue with our all-inclusive inventory of tables, chairs, linen, votives and décor for the prom. We curated a customized menu featuring fun mocktails that played off the school mascot and colors. Our team even hired a DJ who hyped up the crowd, handled raffles & drawings, and facilitated the crowning of the Prom King & Queen. To shine the spotlight, a videographer roamed the event, capturing guest entrances and spontaneous moments on the dance floor that were projected on various screens throughout the venue and live-streamed to remote guests. The House of Blues Dallas special events team acted as a full-service event team for Lake Highlands High School from start to finish creating the best overall experience and a night to remember!
Salesforce Virtual Event at Warner Theater
In late March, Salesforce, one of the largest American cloud-based software companies, held a virtual event at Washington D.C.’s Warner Theatre. Against a stunning skyline featuring the Washington Monument, the event featured an address from CEO Marc Benioff followed by a remarkable performance by Sara Bareilles. 15 VIP guests gathered on the Warner Theater rooftop for the event, which was converted to a custom set featuring specialty furniture. The rest of the worldwide Salesforce community streamed the event, which was broadcast live via Live Nation’s world-class production services.
